Liam Fox: Makes A Smelly Arse of Himself
Liam says he thinks letting sailors talk to the press (zero dead, zero wounded) is a resigning matter same as allowing the Falklands War (907 dead, 1865 wounded) through complacency. But of course Liam has unusually admitted on camera that he is a liar. So that's that then.
Having voted for the Iraq War himself and still supporting it he can't call for a resignation on that. But letting a couple of people say nothing to the press? Time to do a Carrington Des? Er, perhaps not.

Hmmm... Yes, all well and good, except you overlook the fact that Blair lied to take us in to a war in the first place, which our iPod-less naval crew would not have been in otherwise, and was 'complacent' enough not to bother equipping the forces properly for the duration whilst instead chose to ponce around spending money on some fantasy European defence initiative way off in the future when we'll all be living on the Moon. Body armour, anyone?
Anyway, why bring up the Falklands?
Labour are in power. With power comes responsibility. Stop making excuses.
Why bring up the Falklands? Exactly! You are in danger of making my point for me.
The point of the post dear Machiavelli's understudy is that the dross Dr Liam Fox brought up the Falklands and explained that good old Lord Carrington resigned over that and why did not Des Browne therefore resign over this.
As the graphic shows Dr Fox is way off the mark and his point was absolutely ridiculous. Des Browne missed the chance to skewer him on that so LOL have helped out. He did however skewer the smelly arse Fox on his vaccillation.
If you care to dip into the rest of the blog you'll find LOL utterly opposed to the war - since September 2001 - and also Trident and EDI.
Biby: Interesting blog you have there ...
