Durruti Column: Worried Over Next Cabinet Meeting!

Ha ha ha. What are they like? Bless! You'd think that revolutionary situationist Buenaventura Durruti would know better than to worry about a Brown-Blair stand off at the next cabinet meeting! Some would say that would be business as usual. While others would simply jeer:
"Cabinet meeting? Next cabinet meeting? What are you on abaht?"
So very last week.

Silly me; perhaps it might work.

Commiserations about Man U - I was rooting for Chelsea on the basis that if you must have capitalism you'd better do it properly. Don't really understand the game: why do they play with that funny shape ball, and get all upset when some one tries to pick it up.

Agree with you abourt the game; it reminded me of taking an American girlfriend to watch a cricket match a few decades ago - her idea I hasten to say - after a couple of hours she started to get fidgety and asked when it was going to start.

I believe they once used to have cabinet meetings like cricket matches where every got a chance to bowl a few googlies down, get a go with bat and ball, have a good knock knock knock. But no more. Certainly no half time, extra time, or anything like that.
