There are signs that enough MPs may please their Constituency Parties and "vote for a contest" by nominating McDonnell even if they intend to vote Brown themselves.

I guess you were being ironic...nevertheless a good plug for the campaign. Hope you're right about the MPs...I have a hunch the debate with Brown might just clinch it. Journos are already noting the absurdity of a "campaign" with one candidate. And the Party is baying for a contest......here's hoping.
Excellent discussion. People should show it at meetings to get a debate going.
But why does Peter speak so slowly?
Is it because most of Doughty Street's viewers are inbred Tories?
