Thanks for your live blogging on the night - you'll have to tell me your technical set-up sometime. You've earned that NUJ card. Have they got wi-fi in the Town Hall?

Woke up to a Chorlton loss, just adds to the crap week I've had so far.

Oh well, hey ho. You can now play the blame game, or not. For my money whoever is doing the most blaming will in fact be to blame. By definition. But that's only a humble opinion.

Blogged from a PC in the Press Office sitting proudly with my second election Press Pass. Was also offered the office at the party venue, but decided to get on with drowning instead of waving.

No set up. No Town Hall wifi which was slightly surprising. I didn't get my Mac out and cheque how many network were available. Blogger is easier to use on PCs for some reason. there's probably plenty of waves to surf though.

I was planning a more impressionistic blogging and was a bit surprised to end up beating the BBC man to publish the results. But in the end I gave that up as Hold after Hold came in.

Doing it again I'd upload the grids for all the wards first and tap the numbers straight into the blog posts. Would make it almost instantaneous.
