Greater Manchester: Left Field Public Art Survey

Ultimate Holding Company (UHC) is a rather slapdash and imperfect collective with socio-political underpinning.

I kinda like their flashy web interface (above), with plain text also.

They are engaged in an impertinent but Arts Council supported survey into the (non)-market for public art.

I fear, alas, that this too may itself be an artwork.
