Yesterday LOL reported in some depth on the secret Tory yoof-market exercise that is You Tube Channel Sexy Britain. Despite every indication that this goes right to the top of Tory Chaos Theory Marketing Week span a helpful yarn about it being done by wilful backbenchers acting NOT under orders. Ha ha ha.
