Update 12:34 MARK PACK actually does have a good story right here. Tories claim they have won eight of ten recent by-elections. They have in fact won two of them. And this is the Chair of the Party not some wild eyed numpty in Middleshire.

Isn't Rennard in jail yet for saying Virendra Sharma was 72 in a vain smearage attempt designed to get an advantage in an election?
