The Phi One Hundred: Who Are These Experts?

Can we have a list of this "fie 100" please? They reckon by a 2-1 split that Labour will lose Glasgow East to the SNP. Who are these people? And are they revealing what they hope and dream will happen? Or what good intelligence and rational thought indicates?
