He's Just a Lib Dem Dirtbag 6: Hennigan Threatens Truth Tellers
Almost inevitably Dave Drunkagain Hennigan lashed out at those spreading the word that Rowen had let Rochdale's muslim communities down, again. Claiming he would sue anyone who repeated this news of Rowen's abject failure to deliver for them. The fact remains that Paul Rowen MP failed to attend never mind speak at a debate which matters a good deal to people in Rochdale.
Presumably Dave would also threaten to sue anyone who questioned where Rowen was in 2001 and 2002 and 2003 when some of us were organising protests and speaking out publicly against war? And 2004? Even 2005. Fine words butter no parsnips, as they certainly don't say that much in Rochdale Deeplish, but where there's muck (including but not limited to asbestos) there's brass, as they do.
You may have to wait a while for the last post(s) in this series. But watch this space. Keep counting the chimneys. Raise your eyes from Hennigan and Rowen's gutter politics.

Oh dear oh dear.
This calls for a drink...and we all know certain local Lib Dems like a stiff one.
The idea that Rowen is in any way interested in the Palestinian cause is a joke. He's not even interested in rooting out deeply umpleasant racist attitudes in his own party. Has he ever had a word with Councillor Barbara Todd about some of her views, I wonder?
As for his crap pub campaign, he'd do well to try and make pubs in Rochdale safe before he started his usual grandstanding and flaky never-come-to-anything gestures.
If he got out a bit more he'd realise just how dangerous some of them are. A man was stabbed in the eye outside the Clog & Shawl a few months ago. The Castle Inn is another notorious hole. A father of three died from head injuries there a year or so ago. Then there's the sword gang maniacs who attcked staff with Samurai swords at the Spring Inn in Buersil.
Rowen said nowt about all this and hasn't got the foggiest idea of how to tackle crime. His Liberal Democrat run council have made Rochdale a maniacs paradise.

Anon (comment 2) has it bang on - I'd like to see that florid faced Bacchus wannabee Rowen or any of his cronies drink in various Rochdale watering holes - not to mention walk up Hill Top Drive on his own at night. And yet these are the realities many Rochdalians face on a daily basis with no help from the bloated wasters whose are living off our ever increasing council tax payments.
