Media Law: Time To Defy Bully Boy Lawyers and Daft Judges?

Not quite sure what's going on in? Guardian injuncted it seems and prevented from covering what's in Wednesday's parliamentary Commons order paper. Random sample of which is above.

Bit late, unfortunately; Guido had it up at 9.30.

Really? We move in different circles, but it had been up at HoP web for a good long time Pam. What's your point?

I'm sure you know this already..

Pressdram Ltd is Private Eye.

Yes indeed Mr Lakelander sir!

For the record Pam ... Guido's post is (a) NOT timestamped 9:30, it's 9:57. And what is more Guido updates and substantively changes his posts without annotation re time or even that he has changed them. He may not have done in this case, but that is his (dirty) habit.

In this case MANY of us had already tweeted or blogged links to the text and some published the text before Guido.

However LOL published a jpg screengrab of the relevant question which others can use to illustrate blogs etc.

I think lying about when Guido published and making this a crit of my post is utterly muppety.

Calm down Dear - it's only a bit of toxic pollution... oh...err..

Anyway Chris - d'ya have fun with the EDL afternoon party the other day? Gadzooks and double gadzooks. Definately a 'i'll pop you down as a maybe then?' situation and then promptly leg it event.

Trafigura is of course a major player in the world of oil trading. The linked article provides some background - and you will see some not unfamiliar names.

Lord Strathclyde also recently resigned from the board of Trafigura's asset/hedge fund management subsidiary.

BTW Has anyone noticed the recent volatility in manay commodity markets?
