Chorlton : Paul Ankers' Overnight Endorsement
Overnight an endorsement for Paul as a "good bloke" arrived from a most unexpected, and some would say rather untrustworthy, source. What to do with it? Some would say that if I posted that it would be the final nail in the boy wonder's coffin. Particularly if I publish the pictures ... and the anecdotes ... about this referee! Oh, what to do??

But is he Wayne Ankers' brother? We must be told. This would explain some of the MEN spiking of hot anti-Lib Dem stories ...
You should work up a matching graphic of the referee and then post the lot!

John Hollicker: I understand your urge to protect your anonymity and also perhaps a "why should I help Labour?" feeling at Hollicker mansions, but as Ankers' only defence is that he wasn't near the mythical bus stop when he uttered his careless and priceless remark ... could you perhaps tie down where he WAS even if this does give them a clue where you live? They're not as bad here with the intimidation as in other wards, honest.
