Spare a thought for the Chorlton Blogger waiting anxiously for the follow up to the Lib Dems' Shameless exposure of a blog story seen by approximately 50 Town Hall insiders to 80,000 readers.

Some fan mail has arrived at LoL which suggests that the fearless blogger was the only one to emerge with any sort of credit from the South Manchester Distorter's debacle.

The paper printed a "story" that was six weeks old on page three. The reporter was confused. Lib Dems railed against free speech. Labour had it both ways - "nothing to do with us" and "we'll have the bastard".

Confusing times in the strange world of the "Interweb" which these grey surfers sadly do not understand. Next instalment on mats shortly. We'll keep you posted.
