Labour Blogsclusive: Dave-id Cameron to be Cast as Bligh in Bounty Mutiny Re-enactment?

Clearly reading UK Daily Pundit's comment at Conservative Home will advise LOL readers that right wing bloggers are saying Cameron will be gone by his own doing or otherwise by the end of 2007. Wonder what the price is on that eventuality? (4-1 that he is first leader to go)

I read that comment, and took it with a pinch of salt. He ain't going nowhere until after the next election. If they lose, he might get another chance. Certainly, won't get a third chance.

It's 4-1 against him being first leader to go, Gordy is on 7-1. Ming is odds on, but we are dealing with Lib Dems. Cameron is getting right up people's noses and I'll be following this with interest.

Nearly twice as likely for Dave to go first. I think this betting is right even if the UK Pundit Nut was flying a kite. Dave is winding them up. And they've seen what happened to the real Labour folk under Blair. Pretty damning evidence that they are also being taken to pieces by an unprincipled idiot.

"Unprincipled" and "idiot" both seem harsh. Differently principled and too clever by half are more the ticket IYAM.

Presumably the hard right have some dirt on cuddly Dave? More recent drugs? Cocaine and Ecstasy? Or something altogether more serious? In this day and age? Sex and money? Interesting that the speculation is not in favour of David Davis but is in favour of the clown Osborne. This may mean it is not a Tory right exclusive conspiracy.

Whatever the bookies may say I'd reckon he'll be Teflon Dave though he will lose the General Election and probably fail before ruthless Gordy.
