Tory Boy Bloggers: Dale-Fisk-Gate, the Aftermath

There is an interesting discussion going on at Conservative Home about Melissa Kite's Tory shadow cabinet predictions (yawn), Iain Dale's bullocking fisking of these (yawn), the way the ensuing spat has developed through feud to vendetta.

Reading Ms Kite's Sunday Telegraph riposte-riposte-riposte (yes, it's getting tortuous) we find a sample of obnoxious commentary she has endured, mostly on Guido Fawkes' blog.

One of the more interesting comments at Conservative Home is the one from The Daily Pundit reproduced below.

The UK Daily Pundit, like Guido Fawkes, is not a member of any UK party but both can be considered natural Tories who appear to dislike Dave-id Cameron quite a bit.

There's only this fuss because she's a member of the so-called mainstream media.

It's rather sad that these top tory bloggers get so excited when they see their names in the paper.

Indeed. I think Dale is touting for work really. At the expense of women. He gleefully announced that his attacks were possibly going to get Katherine Bergin the sack (the Whip in the Sun) and now this. Funnily enough it seems to be making him increasingly less good PPC material every time to starts on one of these crusades.
