Breaking News: Blears' Office Block Crumbles

The BBC reports that Hazel Blears and six other Members of Parliament were working in the building and actually on the affected fourth and fifth floors just a couple of hours before they crumbled soon after 4pm today. Six Hazey for Leader volunteers were in the building when it started "disco dancing". The Health and Safety Executive will investigate say police.
Hazel Blears (left) for scale. Would this be a good time to admit that for the last two months, barring my trip to Notts and Staffs, I have woken up next to Hazel Blears every single day? That's an exclusive.

Breaking news ... it's a gag. Geddit? Both got it in the second hour ... unlike HB's numero uno fan Dale who has presumably spent all afternoon trying to sign on for an NCTJ course.

I must admit I missed that one, so unlike me to miss a pun. I got the Blair attack on the media in minutes and Iain dale still has not blogged it. The story is turning out to be a big one.

Have you seen Bush's watch gone in 60 seconds?

There was a good Blunkett/Oborne ruck on C4 News re the Blair speech. Both made some good points and Jon Snow was more on Blair's sided than Oborne's.

Blunkett said he was pleased to tangle with Oborne as it made B seem reasonable.

I'm telling you Chris, someone's trying to off Blears. Could it be Cruddas' east end chums? Probably not. But it's definitely happening. It'll be a miracle if she survives the race........
