Training Again: Dogging on the Mersey Banks

Following my "silver" in the Rushcliffe Kenyan Orphans Family Fun Run on Saturday, inspired by tobacconist Ken Clarke MP, there's no holding me back and I complete a pretty nippy 7k on the Mersey Banks. Hooch, Ottey and Jim are pleased (a) to have me running again and (b) that I didn't run quite as fast as Tarus on such a warm day.
