Yeh, but the big story is Gordy being undone as the prudence script unravels. A bank collapse and quite a few others poised to follow down the toilet. A bit of a story which you've missed.
That wasn't a big story a few days ago. It's still not. Small savers are very safe. Bigger savers are 90% safe. And if some corporations go bump that's corporations for you. I'm not going to say that Northern Rock was/is a one off. But it may be. The Guido-esque fantasy that this is the banks in meltdown, life savings in wheelbarrows etc just shows what a feckwit the laddo is.
Meanwhile Bradley is trying to flush the whole of Liverpool down the toilet and straight into the Mersey. Whoever they bank with. That's a real story. You've covered Northern Rock enough Chris debunking Guido nonsense. Do the deed on the Liverpool Lib Dems.
