Implied Consent: Cameron's Rape Speech "Asking For It"

Unity has bought Cameron's flirtatious Miss Rape Speech a few drinks and seems to think he can now have his wicked way with her. Fisking away like a lusty gamekeeper. Relying on implied consent. Channel 4 thought she was asking for it too. But they were far more gentle.

PHOTO: Persistent ne'er-do-well, hoaxer and cheat "Lord" Archer's Conservative Policy Focus Group (above) was said to have turned rape into an entertainment.

There's a lot of body language going on there isn't there. Looks like Archer's feeling a burning sensation from the mole on his back, or something like that.

It is not rape if you say surprise. I thought the Tory toffs should know that by now!

That may be so where you come from Tameside and indeed where the Tory Toffs come from. Cameron is of course the spawn of some Royal oats and Johnson has the air of a Madness of King George auditionee.

But anyway, the serious point is that Cameron's rape speech used the usual Conservative tactics of crass manipulation of statistics. And as he warned against shoddy statistical interpretation it is hard to come to any other conclusion than that he knew exactly what he was doing.

We can perhaps excuse it from Osborne on the economy but this was a despicable display.
