Tom Not-so-Wise ex-UKIP MEP: Arrested For Fraud

Guido links to this News of the World exposé, adding that Tom Wise MEP (ex-UKIP Independent) has been arrested which the NOTW seemingly missed, but everyone else had.

Presumably the man will go to jail, continue to pass go for his salary, and resume his nefarious ligging on his release. Like his mate?
