Agent David Hennigan: Defies Alcohol Exclusion Zone

That is an old photo of Dave Heineken. His barnet today make him look like Corrie's Steve MacDonald rather than a youthful Mark Lammar with a Budweiser codpeice.

Dave's receding barnet was last seen being forcefully ejected by Security Guards at George Galloway's big event in Rochdale today.

His boss Paul Rowen woke up in a cold sweat this morning realising he was always going to come a distant second in a public speaking contest with Galloway. In a moment that could never be classed as inspired he foolishly sent the boy wonder in his place.

Dave didn't get off to a good start when his 'don't you know I'm the MP's agent' line failed to impress the organisers. But with the aid of a deep slug from his hip flask he persevered. I hear he got close to the stage and was clearing his throat and juggling his hurriedly written notes on the back of betting slips and Bargain Booze receipts (Sunday's a bad day for the old delirium tremens) when the call went out for security to eject this jumped up eejit.

They bounced him all the way back to Drake Street.

Rowen - or Drunkagain for that matter - would have also come behind all the other speakers on the platform and anyone who spoke from the floor too.

They both need to provide a list of all the marches and rallies they attended or helped organise between 2001 and 2005 before Rowen benefitted from the Baghdad bounce.

Like Leech they only appear to have become interested and visible in any such matters four years plus after they would have done had they had any real commitment.

My own first two protests were in September 2001 and October 2001.

Hennigan is a Tory anyway. To him war protests are in the same category as potholes and leaves and drains. Things to write litter about and wind people up with.
