The New Frontier: Who Ordered The Pyro for This One?

The late great Sports and TV Impresario Mark McCormack had an anecdote or two about the need to find the high-rolling but often anonymous creative genius who "commissioned the blimp" or whatever. As a long-standing and proud trustee of one of Britain's best artravaganza and pyro companies I'd like to know who booked the show for The New Frontier in Las Vegas and whether they have any more work like that.
