Democracy: McDonnell the Mace Meets Shamik the Knob

Although the BBC Report and video of John McDonald being his usual "not flamboyant", "no publicity stunts" self has been suppressed by the BBC it seems that while ITN played along in later reports they have not laundered out the frankly very shocking footage (above) of unseasonal bauble mangling and speaker baiting in the house. Twelfth night is long gone John. Five days bad luck. Apart from one "Shamik the Knob" seeking penpals, the comments at John's blog are 100% congratulatory.
