EXCLUSIVE: Iain Dale Can't Spell Quantitative, or Exclusive
"Jeering and Gullible Pedant Hoist By Own Petard". Four hours on and Iain Dale finally finally changed the spelling of "Quantitative" in his headline and body copy. That would be in a sneering post about Lord Myners possibly looking up the concept of "Quantitative Easing" on Wikipedia. Or possibly having a little joke with some first gullible and later garrulous dining companions.
Myners would have had to know how to spell it to look it up! Which puts him way ahead of Iain. Who also spelled "Exclusive" wrongly when he first rushed into action.
And then for the lightning three times in one place effect there was Iain's sweet tweet:

I wouldn't get too far ahead of yourself Chris. You might want to look again at this sentence and consider a redraft:
"Which puts him way ahead of Iain. Who also spelled "Exclusive" wrongly when he first rushed into action."
I would also like to point out that Iain Dale is not the City Minister.
For someone who claims not to like Iain Dale, you sure do spend a lot of time writing about him on your blog. I can only assume you're just jealous that you don't get as many readers as he does.
MMMMmmmmm. Touchy sockies.
It's Iain that got the spellings so wrong, right? Jeering on basis of some chinese whispers hearsay probably missing the point or the humour.
Must be a real burden for Jeff which his perfect grammar and syntax reading blogs, texts, emails and tweets. Never mind journalism.
I can't say I believe Myners didn't know what QE was. Though it was fairly obscure jargon for "increasing the money supply" until recently. It is the Economic Secretary to the Treasury that is on the theory and the game keeping. The F secretary is to be down with the poachers.
