Political Betting: Does Times Spin Kill Off 2009 Election?

Mike Smithson at Political Betting seems to believe that a single poll from Populus or far more important the way the commissioning paper cover that poll will be enough to see off any chance of a 2009 poll.

Still wouldn't rule it out myself. Will try to find time in my busy day to take a look at the detailed figures. As Mike points out the headline figures are almost identical to the same company's poll in December. And Cameron and Osborne are still in do-nothing mode, or might as well be.
