Iain Dale: Janet Street Porter Misses Plane in Hong Kong

You might think that that Iain Dale seems a nice chap for a Tory. Capable of turning a marginal into a 10,000 vote romp for the Lib Dems. Hurrah! Friend to the Widdy. Hee hee! Harmless enough? You might have thought so. But no. He's the real Same Old Same Old SO SO Tory deal. Revelling in some poor woman's distress. And taking a swipe at a random pet hate as he does so with the random headline "Janet Street Porter Misses Plane in Hong Kong".

Even Guido would not stoop so low. Take the thing down Iain. It was a mistake. A slow news day. Only David Mills - going down. Alan Stanford - going down. Nothing to go at but laughing at the bereaved and distressed.

NOTA BENE: Sadly, JSP fans, if you click the link expecting to see hilarious scenes as JSP misses a plane, you'll be disappointed.

Did you know that Hong Kong is way in front of the UK in relation to giving prisoners the vote?

I can't say I'm that surprised. This is the way in China of course. If you don't get beheaded or shot, for spelling the small print on the grocery packaging wrong for example, you have every chance of being allowed to vote.

Obviously it helps if you vote for the correct people, generally the only one standing does it.
