European Union: Ken Livingstone for Commissioner? Ooops.

Oh dear. Euro-fan, speed skater and web expert Jon Worth has apparently blogged about Ken Livingstone become EU Commissioner. So has the ghost of Derek Draper risen up and added gremlins to the full post? All I know is that it's not there! Oh dear. Which is where we came in.
