Guardian on Hidden Tory Slush Funds: Skips Oily Duncan

The most extraordinary thing about the Guardian round-up of late Tory donations revelations is that it does not feature "Alan Duncan", "Vitol", "Arawak Energy" or the like. But Conservative Home don't note that. But they do notice that despite all the revelations and all the Duncan spiking Chris Grayling had in fact already declared support for his office. We reported that alongside news of all Oily Duncan's legal activity two whole weeks ago.
